To request a No Objection Letter in the event of shipping the body of the deceased:

  • Fax or mail copy of death certificate.
  • Fax or mail a copy of letter from the funeral home.
  • Fax or mail a copy of deceased passport, travel document or green card
  • Fax or mail a copy of letter from the deceased family stating that the decease body be shipped back to South Sudan.

If all the requirements are faxed or mailed, the embassy will issued notarized no objection letter.

If you are mailing the documents to the embassy, please include a self-addressed envelope with sufficient pre-paid return postage.

The processing time is within the same business day
